Eligible merchandise may be returned for a refund when accompanied by the original sale confirmation within 14-days of its delivery. 

The merchandise must be returned in its original condition - unworn and unaltered and in its original packaging.  We provide free return shipping for customers located in the United States.  

• All gift cards and merchandise marked “Final Sale” are nonrefundable.  All sales are final.
• International Orders: all orders submitted with a shipping address outside the United States are nonrefundable.  All sales are final.
• Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exchanges

We do not offer exchange services. If you would like to exchange your purchase, you may return the item for a refund and place a new order.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
